Spectra Digital Marketing does not guarantee any refunds for the cancellation of its service. Spectra Digital Marketing will act on the agreement signed upon by the client and Spectra Digital Marketing. Spectra Digital Marketing does not offer any refund for the transaction charges, for any funds spent on acquiring resources like graphics, SaaS Softwares, server space, for the services already delivered or any other miscellaneous charges which are non-recoverable for Spectra Digital Marketing and refunding them causes any loss to Spectra Digital Marketing.
Spectra Digital Marketing follows different cancellation policies for its Web Design, Hosting, Search Engine Optimization, Pay Per Click management and other services. Kindly refer to respective service agreements for more details on cancellation policy.
All cancellation requests must be submitted to accounts and billing department of Spectra Digital Marketing. You may submit your cancellation requests by email, fax and/or direct mail or phone. Your request will not be considered valid unless and until you receive confirmation from us. The confirmation email or call by Spectra Digital Marketing will act as a proof of the cancellation of service.
